repointing/rerender property

older property that is already rendered, i would like to take old render off and see what the stone is like underneath. It has to be repointed but if the stone is not good then have it rerendered. Tower scaffolding has to be used as there is access for other vehicles beside the property. Gable end and front of the two bedroom cottage only needing to be done.
