Resizing work top, move wall units, replace strip light & move light switch.

There is a space for an under counter fridge in my kitchen but I would like it to fit a full size fridge freezer. Therefore the worktop needs cutting down and the wall units need removing and refitting to another wall. This will then allow the fridge to slot in. There is a light switch on the wall where the fridge will go so this will be blocked. I would like this moved to the otherside of the same wall where the hallway light switch is located. I would like this replaced with a double light switch fitting. I would also like the strip ceiling light removed and replaced with a regular light bulb holder.
