Full rewire of 3bed semi - replace consumer unit. x2 double sockets in each bedroom, x3 double sockets in lounge x2 double sockets in kitchen + wire in cooker. replace 8 light fittings install extractor fan in upstairs bathroom and porch light/doorbell. House is unfortunatly furnished so would have to work around large items such as wardrobes that can't be moved. Concreate floor downstairs Cheers for looking
