the roof above the bay will need too be removed and the roof timbers re-fixed back too the front elevation of the property.suitable packing at the top of the front edge of the new windows will need too be installed to ensure the roof wieght is adequately spread.roof and ridge tiles will need too be reinstalled and repointed and the lead flashing will need replacing.it may be possible to complete the work without removing the hanging tiles at the front of the bay??? also making good to the internal sufaces of the bay will be required as necessary. i don't know how much this job is going too cost,please could u send me quotes for this job
