Roof repairs in Hale, Manchester

Small leak in roof requires fixing. Appears to be on rear extension (bathroom) and therefore no loft access for observation or panel for viewing.The loft has been converted. House is on Finchley Road in Hale. Terraced house - approx 100yrs old. It appears as though the roof has had several repairs previously. I anticipate that several tiles may need replacing or refastening. I believe the roof is Welsh slate. May need re-slating next spring/summer.
