I have a minor leak to a pitched roof/ceiling (no loft). The roof is relatively new, I've had a look at the tiles and none are cracked/out of place. The only potential fault I can see is a little mortar missing from the stone cap, so i assume when the rain fails in a certain direction, it can enter the ceiling. At most, a few tiles could be replaced and the lining checked.
Upon inspecting the roof, I can see we also have a standard sized loft light that has been damaged and will need tiling over, its 1 x 0.5m approx.
