Roofing Repair - Rotted felt near roofline

I have a leak running down the inside of my bedroom which is causing the plaster to become damp. I have been in the loft and it appears the felt along the roof line has failed in this area. I already recently installed eaves protectors when the gutters and fascias were replaced, but this didn't fix the problem. I would like a 1 metre strip of felt to be replaced along the roof line of the front of the house (approx 6 metres). My starting price is based on an existing quotation.
