Running power to shed

The shed is literally 6 inches from the house, so no burying cables. I want lighting and at least 2 plug sockets. The MCB is in the kitchen and there is a hallway between the kitchen and the external wall that's next to the shed. So the shed is probably about 2-3 metres from the MCB. I guess the shed power would need a seperate MCB. Hope this is enough info.
