sand wooden floor in newstead village

room 18 x 11 feet to be sanded and refinshed with varnish. Room will be clear of furniture just need floor preparing sanding and varnishing. Not got any sanding equipment so will need to be supplied by tradesman. We will supply varnish for the floor three coats to be applied with buffing sander used inbetween.
