Think about the important details: Radient ceramic type gas fire (therefore radient/convector). One of the outer ceramics is not glowing properly, so burners needs a proper clean. (Has 4 centre 2 are fine - 1 of the outer 1's on full is the problem) No soot or anything bad - just need a competent person to properly clean up the burners to get maximum efficiency from fire.
