1. Repair front door (door seal sticking at the bottom). 2. Replace integral internal door mat. 3. Replace door (kitchen leading into garage) 4. Install bolt onto door on large kitchen cupboard under the stairs (for child safety as will store cleaning products) 5. Install drawer safety catches in kitchen and cupboard catches to lower level cupboards in kitchen. We would need the work completed by early June. Please quote including rough cost of materials. Please can you also quote for mounting flatscreen TV onto wall (please note this would require doing at a later date) Many thanks
