Shower Advise for North London

I moved into my flat in August last year. The previous owners had a Maynell Vitesse power shower installed. It has been fine to use since I moved in, apart from a grinding noise when the shower is first turned on. Yesterday, the grinding noise was continuous - it usually stops after a couple of seconds - and the pressure seemed to be failing, although water was still coming out. This morning, the water nearly stopped completely. Does anyone have any advise as to what might be wrong? Could it be the pump or the motor? How do I go about replacing it? And if I need to replace the shower, is there anyone who might be able to fit it for me? I really need this sorted as soon as possible, so if someone could get back to me urgently I would really appreciate it. Many thanks in advance
