Six sets of ceilings to be done.
Existing sponge-style artexing needs to be removed and then ceilings/parts of wall to be skimmed.
1. Bedroom ceiling. Dimensions are about 4 x 3.7 m. One of the long walls has a chimney breast that cuts in about 0.5m, so that would lessen the overall area.
Job 1 would need doing towards end of w/c 4th April.
2. Bedroom ceiling and 4 walls above picture rail. Dimensions are also about 4 x 3.7m. The wall above picture rail is about 0.5m high. One of the long walls has a chimney breast, while one of the short walls curves into a bay.
3. Upstairs landing and 4 walls above picture rail. Dimensions are 2.1 x 2.25m (less a loft hatch, 0.5 x 1.1m). The wall above the picture rail is also about 0.5m high.
4. Downstairs hallway and 2 walls above plate rack. The ceiling here is an L-shape, and can be sectioned into 2 x 2m and 2 x 0.7m parts. The wall above the plate rack (0.45m) runs on the long wall (4m) and the shortest wall (0.7m).
5. Kitchen ceiling. The ceiling is divided into two separate sections: 3 x 2.2m and 1 x 2.2m.
6. Utility room. Dimensions are 1.85 x 2.2m.
Jobs 2-6 would need to be done sometime in early/mid-May.
Cheers,
Anthony
