small repointing job for corner capping tiles on victorian end terrace in oldham

Perfect job for a handyman or a quiet roofer. I've got a small roof leak and need a price for replacing some tile mortar on the corner capping. My ladders are too short to access the roof properly and I dont have the correct equipment but I can get a camera high enough to take a photo of pretty much the whole roof including the problem area. So please see attached photo: http://imgur.com/7sGL0.jpg The roof is only about 6 years old, and mortar became dislodged in the heavy snow and ice at the start of this year. The house is a tall, two storey, turn of the century end terrace with a single angle in the exterior wall (shaped like a wedge, it's flat where access equipment might need to go). It can either be accessed from the rear yard, assuming you have suitable equipment for climbing over the roof without doing any damage. Alternatively there is a quiet road at the side of our house right next to the problem area of the roof, but there is occasional traffic here. When I put ladders up to take the photo's I parked my car to block the lane in front of them just as a precaution. I'd like a price for these works please from someone who's honest and fair and will do the work for the price they quote please. Thank you!
