Room dimensions (approx): 4m x 3.5m (living room) 1.5m x 1.5m (hallway) 3.47m x 1.86m (L shaped area over landing and two-storey height stairwell (very tall)) 2m x 2m (bathroom) 3m x 4.3m (bed 1) 2.6m x 2.4m (bed 2) Please quote for materials AND labour.
