some capentry, plastering and general repairing.

1. There was a bath leak and water came through the ceiling in the kitchen. The ceiling is damaged in that spot and the plaster is crumbling away. This needs fixing. 2. I have just had a new boiler installed, which needs boxing in but with a door on the front. (kitchen) 3. A panel, boxing the pipes and electrics, was removed by the plumbers, it has been put back but needs a bit of touching up to make it look ok again. (kitchen) 4. A pane of glass has cracked in one of the window panes and needs replacing. (dining room)
