Hello,
I posted this before but didn't keep an eye on the website! Trying again in the hope someone can assist.
I own a first floor flat in a converted office building - my living room is next to a kids bedroom. They make a very large amount of impact noise when they run, slam cupboards etc. Airbourne (talking, shouting) is OK and some vibrations come into my living room via the floorboards.
The wall is 4.4 m length by 2.3 m high. It has two faceplates on it with electrical, TV and phone sockets. As well as a small radiator.
Please contact me if you have experience in sound proofing with prices and solution options. I'll pass on my contact details if it helps and a site visit would be fine.
I understand that impact noise is much harder than airborne noise to insulate against so I am not looking for a 100% reduction in noise but, it will have to be a a high reduction - I only want to hear dull thudding when they run.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read this!

P.S. This is only for two thirds of the wall - if the work was successful, I would contact you again in a few months to get the other third done and regarding other jobs.
