spot lights fitted to bedroom and living room

I will buy the spot lights, and I would like them fitting in my bedroom and living room (in the style of the number 5 on a common dice) I would also like the plug sockets changing... I will do the prep work for the sockets, remove old ones, so they are ready for you to install the new ones. also a tv point, again, I will provide the sockets... I have been quoted £200 I feel this is pretty expensive considering I am prepping alot... please let me know how much you would charge for the same
