Staircase to loft

1930s terraced house needs new wooden staircase to the loft, over current stairs, including creation of new opening. http://gallery.me.com/daniel.hope#100068/Loft%20video%20&bgcolor=black is a short 1 min video showing the staircase from all angles. Photos are attached. Just looking for a barebones job to get access to loft. Will be looking for boarding and maybe some strengthen of loft floor in near future but just need access for now.
