stairs and landing need an upgrade

The walls on the stairs (12 stairs) and landing need plastering as they now have textured paint on them, they will also need painting. The ceiling also needs replastering and painting. The skirting boards on the landing and stairs need rubbing down and painting. The banister and rails on the landing need replacing complety.
