Strip and repaint windows

Hi there, I need to have two large Victorian sash windows in my flat stripped, repaired and repainted. Previous tenants have just painted over and over, but I'd like to strip them back, repair any gaps or holes, and repaint so they'll last a few more years in good shape. The one in the front room is a 3-paneled bay window, roughly 2m x 3m. The bedroom window is similar dimensions but not a bay.
