Strip damp plaster, install air brick and insulation boards to a single wall

The back wall of this first floor flat has let in external moisture and has become damp. This combined with high condensation in the bedroom has created a lot of mould on the wall. Therefore we would like to strip back the plaster, install one air brick and vent. Fit insulating boards and skim over. The wall is approximately 2.7 meters long and is 'standard height'. The flat is the first floor flat in a 3 storey building on Claude Road, Cardiff. One can also access this wall externally by standing on the flattop roof of the ground floor flat's extension.
