Hall, stairs and landing. Standard 3 bed semi in kenilworth. The wallpaper needs stripping and the walls cleaning so that paint can be applied directly without showing signs of old paste. (We have a steamer that can be used if necessary.) Please also seperately quote for the additional cost of re-painting the walls with a primer undercoat and 2 coats of paint. We will provide the primer and paint required, but please include all other costs in the quote. You do not need to include the cost of any ceilings or glossing of woodwork.
