We want to update several rooms in our 1930s end-of-terrace house.
All rooms have painted lining paper up to a picture rail and textured wallpaper above the picture rail and on the ceiling. Some of the textured wallpaper is vinyl.
We would like to have the rooms stripped, the walls made good (skimmed where necessary) and then painted neutral colours. We would like paint removed from the skirting boards, door frames and picture rails (not doors) and repainted white.
We will provide paint.
Living room:
5.1m x 4.4m, height 2.7m (with chimney breasts and 5-sided bay window)
Bedroom:
5m x 4m, height 2.7m (with chimney breasts and 5-sided bay window)
Bedroom 2:
4m x 4m, height 2.7m (with chimney breast)
Bedroom 3:
2.8m x 2.7m, height 2.7m
Hallway, stair and and landing:
5.5m x 2.8m on ground floor, 3m x 2.8m on first floor.
We would like work as soon as possible. Quotes by end of this weekend, recce w/c 4/6/12 and work completed by end of June or early July.
Many thanks.
