I have an old bathroom (Length 2.5m x Width 2.5m x Height 2.6m) that needs to be stripped back to bare walls, joists.
All existing plaster,ceiling, tiles, floor etc... to be removed.
Skip provided by customer.
To clarify the exact scope of works
Strip out existing bathroom of shower, basin, bath, WC etc…
- Remove existing ceiling
- Remove existing floor
- Remove existing copper pipework
- Remove all existing wall finishes and strip back to bare brickwork.
- Dot and Dab new drylining to all walls
- Install new 12.5mm plasterboard ceiling
- Skim plaster ceiling only
- Install new WB 18mm plywood floor with timber noggins every 500~600mm
- Tank floor/ walls with membrane
- Tile all 4No. walls
- Tile floor
- Install new bathroom suit inc of:
Back to wall WC with concealed cystern.
'Box out' cystern of plywood and tiled.
Hang cantilivered wall mounted vanity unit with mirror and wall unit.
Install new radius shower unit
- Plumb new bathroom suite as per above.

All materials by customer.
Customer to install shaver socket/ electrics and radiator/
towel rail units.
Existing waste water connections for basin and shower 'below floor' as per new units.
