Stripout & Tiling Bathroom

I have an old bathroom (Length 2.5m x Width 2.5m x Height 2.6m) that has been stripped back to bare walls, joists. All existing plaster,ceiling, tiles, floor etc... have been removed. The scope of works is - Dot and Dab new drylining to all walls - Install new 12.5mm plasterboard ceiling - Skim plaster ceiling only - Install new WB 18mm plywood floor with timber noggins every 500~600mm - Tank floor/ walls with membrane - Tile all 4No. walls - Tile floor - Install new bathroom suit inc of: Back to wall WC with concealed cystern. 'Box out' cystern of plywood and tiled. Hang cantilivered wall mounted vanity unit with mirror and wall unit. Install new radius shower unit - Plumb new bathroom suite as per above. . All materials by customer. Customer to install shaver socket/ electrics and radiator/ towel rail units. Existing waste water connections for basin and shower 'below floor' as per new units.
