I have a newly laid reclaimed wood block floor. I need someone with a floor sander to strip and sand the floor ready for staining and oiling (which I will do myself). I think floor could easily be stripped in a few hours. The room is already decorated so I need someone to use modern equipment with dust extraction. The room is about 30m2.
