Suspected cracked over flow pipe- Top floor flat
Although there is no obvious leak inside our flat, on the outside their is water seeking out from around the over flow pipe that putrudes through the outside wall. The water has been seeping down the wall and looks frozen..but unsure. It is not coming out of the pipe itself more likely from a crack but as a result of this the neighbour below us has water seeping through her open window. Not sure what to do as like I said there is no leaks inside the flat.
Needs quotes as paying for a wedding! :p
