Take out old back boiler and replace with new.

I have a back boiler, which is obviously behind my gas fire in the chimney breast. I need this taken out, so that I can have an open fireplace. Also need a new boiler fitted (plenty of cupboard for this) I would like people to come round and look at what needs doing.
