Take Plasma of the wall and refit on the wall

I currently have a 37 inch plasma on the wall, however it has now become loose. I need someone to come and take it off the wall and re-fit it to the wall. I am looking for someone preferably who has experience/qualification to do this, as the last guy obviously did not do a good job. I'm not sure what the wall, is, i.e. it is a new build house approx 12 years old, the wall it is going on is an outside wall, however it seems that there is plaster board on it then stone wall, I'm not sure, you will need to factor this in for appropriate mounting brackets/screws etc. I need this job doing ASAP, job will be awarded to first reasonable quote bearing in mind experience and qualification.
