Taller fence panels and gate in the garden

I need taller fencing and a gate putting up in the Garden to stop my dogs getting out. The fence needs to be about 5ft tall and I would like the panels sitting on concrete gravel boards slotted into concrete posts. I have pictures of the style of panels and gate we like. We move into the house sometime in April waiting for a completion date as yet.
