Tenement flat painting

I have a traditonal high-ceilinged syle flat in the Shawlands area of Glasgow, and would like the dining-kitchen, hall and living room painted. The walls are currently in decent condition - virtually no holes etc. - but I would like the place smartened up in case I decide ot sell it in the springtime. I am happy for the tradesman to purchase recommended materials and add the expense of the materials, at cost, to the overall quote.
