Hi, The rear yard of our 3 bed terrace needs the following work. - Rendering of the exetrnal walls surrouning the yard. - Removal of existing paving slabs. - Leveling of the floor & replacement of the paving. - Building a step to reach the rear patio doors. - Some minor re-pointing of the brick work. The yard is 17 Feet in length and 11 Feet Wide. Work to be completed by end of July. Thanks,
