Tidying the garden

I have a mature 40ft garden that needs tidying up. Hedges down each side require trimming and 2 tall trees need to be shortened. 2 small dead trees need removing. Ideally a service would remove all this waste also. I'd also like some help turning the soil to create 2 small flower beds if this is possible within budget. Many thanks.
