Tile 22sqm kitchen floor + some pipe-work boxing in

Tile 22sqm L-shape kitchen floor in ceramic 40x40 tiles at 45 deg angle to walls. Floor is 2/3 concrete base, 1/3 wobbly floorboards. Concrete part has an inspection chamber to "workaround" (happy for it to be tiled over). Need 1 floor to ceiling run of CH pipework (in a corner), and pipework above boiler to be boxed-in (ply / mdf ok). Installer to supply all materials except tiles and grout.
