Small understairs toilet -Tile floor (1 metre by 2 metre) approx -Tile walls (10 square metres) approx -new toilet and sink fitted -electrics for an LED mirror fitted -removal of existing radiator, replace with towel rail - fitting already exists -The room is a bare shell at the minute, the floor is concrete and the walls are very good condition (house is only 7 years old) No building or joinery required
