tile kitchen flor which will require underlay of ply boards as is over existing floor boards in house dated 1903. There are ply boards under existing lino floor which may not be enough as there is some movement in the floor boards. The kitchen is approx 20ft by 15ft and has units on 2 sides which I do not plan to rleplace.
