(washroom, kitchen, utility room) 30 sqm - Porcelain Tile the ground floor (washroom, kitchen, utility room) appox 30sq m - Replace the skirting with the tile skirting. Washroom - Complete wall tiling of washroom appox 13sq m - Remove sink and replace with wall mounted basin and unit - some plumbing required - Replace current toilet with a new one Ensuite 1 - Complete wall tiling appox 13sq m - Floor tiling appox 2sq m - Remove sink and replace with wall mounted basin and unit - some plumbing required - Install of mirror and tower unit to wall Ensuite 2 - Complete wall tiling appox 10sq m - Floor tiling appox 3sq m - Remove sink and replace with wall mounted basin and unit - some plumbing required - Replace current toilet with a new one - Install of mirror and unit to wall Only require labour, all materials will be provided.
