London: tiling (ended)

tiling

Hi I have 2 new bathrooms and 2 kitchens that need tiling. One of the bathrooms is a small shower room ca 16 sqm. the other bathroom is ca 20sqm, but does not need full tiling. The kitchens are above the worktop only, one is ca 4m length the other ca 3m. I'd like the work done a.s.a.p. I prefer to arrange a fixed price but please let me know if you prefer to charge by the day/sqm and how much that may come to. My ideal would be around 100 a day. The two bathrooms can be done immediately the kitchens only from mid Jan. You could also come and look at the spaces. Thanks Lily
