To build 2 storey extention to gable end

To build extention 8mx5m. To include garage, utility and bedroom. I am looking for outer shell and plasterboard throughout. And to include Window frames and double glazed windows Electrics including sockets and switches. Ground floor: Garage, Small utility and small toilet (utility and toilet items not to be included in quote.) There will be one doorway from here to existing house. 1st Floor: 1 bedroom with ensuite and opening to existing house. Once again ensuite items are not to be included in price.
