Leeds: To Certify rewire of 3 bed semi detached house (ended)

To Certify rewire of 3 bed semi detached house

In need of an electrician to certify a rewire of a 3 bed semi detached house. My friend who is an electrician is currently rewiring my house but can not certify it. I need an electrician to inspect the work once the first fix has been completed and again to test and provide a certificate after second fix. The house has been completely gutted back to bare brick and floorboards. Obviously there is no furniture or carpets so the first fix will be easily visible to inspect. Looking to get the first fix inspected within the next few weeks.
