I have a very small room that has my boiler and washing machine in it. I want the waching machine remover and put in the kitchen and a toilet and basin fitted in it's place. I believe there is already plumbing for a toilet. There is no plumbing for the waching machine in the kitchen. The little room needs complete new plasterboard and then skimming. I would also like a small window put in.
