Transform piece of land to prevent people parking on it!

I have a piece of land approx 2ft x 10ft outside my garden that is currently undeveloped and I would like to transform. I want it dug over, bark or pebbles put down and large bolders put in place to prevent people parking on it. I think the job will take a maximum of 1 day to complete. There are no weeds to dig up, the land just needs to be turned over.
