treat dry rot

I've found dry rot in the back bedroom behind the skirting board. The plaster above it is blown approximately 3-4ft up the wall. The minimum work would include: Cutting back few floorboards to establish the spread. If not spread to joist remove plaster aprox half way up 13ft long wall. Treat with anti fungal. replaster and replace skirt. If spread to joist cost of replacing that and potentially part of kitchen ceiling underneath. Its not an emergency as such but would like it done as soon as. Hope this is enough info. Thanks Joanne
