exterior drain blocked - outside of back door, kitchen area where water from sink and washing machine drains into. blocked and full of silt etc. have tried pushing a rod down to move stuff around, and water drains slightly but not much, and if washing machine is run again, drained water builds up and overflows the exterior drain.
