Understairs cupboard to be built, stud wall doorway opened up (may involve moving a radiator)

I have a vacant property in Churchdown, Gloucestershire. Needs a few jobs doing before we move in. We have an open plan living room into dining room. Would like an understairs cupboard built, which will involve building one wall, and a small door built into an existing stud wall. Second job. Our dining room sits next to our kitchen, separated by a stud wall. We would like the current door way on the stud wall opened up on each side and squared off. On the one side is a radiator on the dining room side. Would ideally like the radiator repositioned onto a different dining room wall, or to have a smaller radiator installed so we can widen the doorway. May have a few other smaller jobs, such as a hole in the ceiling filled in upstairs.
