Utility room sink is backing up and flooding
The utility room sink seemed blocked. When the washing machine drains it fills up and takes a long time to drain. Yesterday it overflowed. The u-bend does not seem blocked - but there is a slight leak from the seal. I assume the blockage is located elsewhere in the system but I am not sure.
