Various jobs around the house!

Hello I have quite a few small job that I need done around the house. List as follows: 1.resealing around my kitchen sink (the seal is wearing away) 2.resealing in my shower (it's a standalone shower) and some of the seal is flaking and looking mouldy 3.small amount of tiling in my bath room - 6 tiles have fallen off above radiator (knocked off when radistor was taken off) and also two cracked on the side of my bath 4. mending the boxed in section that goes over toilet pipes. there is wood over the pipes but a section had to be removed for some plumbing work. wood needs replacing and tiles ot be stuck over the wood (section is roughly 20 inches by 40 inches. 5.Skirting board in bathroom potentially needs replacing - thsi section runs along the side of the bath and shower, about 2-3 metres in length 6. Skirting board in rear lobby needs replacing (about 1.5 metres long) 7. Bathroom ceiling needs painting. Room is only small - roughly 10ft x 10ft 8. kickboards under kitchen units seem loose - need fixing i think. There are 7 sections of roughly 2 feet long I live in central Swindon. would like the work done as soon as poss. thanks! Linzi
