We need the following done for our property in Putney SW15, South West London: 1. Lounge - Move radiator pipes by approx 1 m to the left and in new location replace existing radiator with vertical radiator 2. Kitchen - Fit new tiles in kitchen area - area approx 0.5m by 0.5m 3. Kitchen - Sand and oil existing kitchen worktop 4. Kitchen - Apply mastic seal to kitchen worktop 5. Bathroom - Remove existing toilet and fit new client supplied. To include new cistern and boxing. 6. Bathroom - Fit client supplied basin, tap, mirror and other bathroom accessories 7. Bathroom - Fit modern towel vertical type radiator where old one is located 8. Bathroom - Apply mastic seal to shower and all wet perimeters in bathroom. 9. Bathroom - Lay new wall tiles in bathroom approx 4m x 1m 10. Bedroom - fit new modern slimline radiator which will be supplied To be done as soon as possible We are looking for high quality workmanship from someone who certified, Checkatrade vetted or equivalent preferably.
