Various quick easy jobs

The job is basically an incomplete house renovation to make ready to let. Most of the work has already been done. What we require is a painter and decorator to just paint all the walls white and gloss the skirtings. It is a 3 bedroom house. Bedroom One 3.48m x 5.8m, (requires small amount of plastering to make good a eroded wall) Bedroom Two 3.45m x 3.1m, Bedroom Three 3.35m x 2.16m The bathroom is mostly complete, what needs doing is finishing off the tiling and flooring. Bathroom is fairly small and the amount of work should take less than a few hours. Also the kitchen requires a small amount of painting and requires floor tiling and new counter tops. These are jobs that I can do myself but I have no time which is why im here.
